Move dbus-qt into Fedora Core?

For the record, upstream dbus has removed (all) bindings from the main 
(core) tarball, and has subsequently dropped support for qt(3) 
altogether (lack of maintainer?).  dbus-qt4 bindings are (will be) 
included in qt4-4.2.0.
