[Fedora-trans-ar] Arabic issue #31: Arabic filenames with English extensions are displayed in the wrong order

Qt 4.0.0-b2-snapshot-20050315

QFileDialog::getOpenFileName() and other related functions display the
filenames with extensions like this
htm.ARABIC
It should be
ARABIC.htm
with nothing reversed since the extenstion is English. In case the extension
is Arabic (if ever used), it's OK to have it reversed.

This looks very odd in ListView view mode for example because it looks as if
the filenames are not sorted properly though it is.
