[Fedora-trans-ar] anaconda.po translation (was Are we still active?)

Heyy..Noo.. i can't take it am not good at these stuff at all..  Hey.. Don't
trust ppl's work that easily..  please have a quick look before committing
anything.. or you probably would have something like 'عفاريت فى الصندوق'
again and you won't ever know.. beside you are our formal :P reviewer.. you
always the one who make suggestion good ones or know how ppl translate
this..

Okay.. would you please change the translation of "central time" to this
one "التوقيت المركزى".. i think i made another translation other than this
one :))
