I don't know what the CFA specification is.  What version of ATA introduced
SET_XFER_MODE?  I'm not familiar with revisions newer than ATA3, and as far as I
can see, ATA3 didn't have that command, therefore ATA3 and earlier devices
should not be refused for not supporting it.
