It's set features 0x03. It is required for any mode with IORDY but not for non
IORDY modes (ie PIO2+) as well as for DMA setting (although some devices
predating ATA2 but doing DMA simply blindly support DMA cycles/timings)

The latest 2.6.25-mm code accepts ATA devices erroring requests for PIO mode
setup providing they are a low ATA version so should already have fixed these
devices in the devel tree.
