There's one in the tarball ... actually two, but you can ignore the
one in the daemon/ subdirectory:
$ zcat libguestfs-1.0.27.tar.gz | tar tf - | grep configure
But if you got libguestfs from the git repository, then you will need
to run autogen.sh instead. Just do:
./autogen.sh [any configure args]

virt-p2v converts physical machines to virtual machines. Boot with a
live CD or over the network (PXE) and turn machines into Xen guests.
