[K12OSN] K12LTSP network sound for KDE

Have a look at http://www.k12ltsp.org/phpwiki/index.php/WorkstationSound
and link into that for the wiki entry. That page describes getting
worstation sound, and includes using artsd through esd. When I set that
up the first time, I didn't do any recompiling on a K12LTSP setup.
Good luck, and please describe any ill behaviour the system demonstrates.
