I've been using IRM
http://www.stackworks.net/view.php/irm/index.html
I've been using version 1.5.4 for a while. It runs on windows and linux.
Besides doing the tickets, it does software tracking to machine and
counts licenses, as long as you put them in. I have not been able to get
the "email ticket update" function to work and I believe it is because
it is on a windows2.3k server. I'm looking to move it to a linux server
and update to 1.5.7 in my free time. YUK,YUK,YUK.
It is short on documentation, but if you go this route, Email me and
I'll do what I can.
