[Patternfly] 0 results based on the filter criteria

Hi team,

   When we do the mockup of integration empty status (iPass). Some user feedback that:”Can we add an area the suggestions that tells the user that there are 0 results based on the filter criteria, and then get into suggestions".

   The suggestions is I duplicated from datatable. I think there may be meet the similar question to datatable.
