Lots of changes last week!
   - Show only the online workers in the status API
   - Specify a path instead of an open file for Artifact instantiation
   - Moving platform/ to pulpcore/
   - Problem: repository URI is mutable
   - Removing celerybeat code
   - Create a new jwt reset endpoint instead of a user field
   - Simpler batch implementation.
