[Spacewalk-list] Installation and config of rhn yum plugin

Hi
Is the installation and config of the rhn yum plugin a manual thing or
does it form part of the rhnreg_ks process. It does not currently happen
automatically for me, so I am not sure whether this is by design or
something I can try and fix. The man pages makes no mention of whether
it does or does not update rhnplugin settings.
