This mailing list is discussion of Spacewalk *users*. If you ask 
questions, which are interesting enough, you may get response from list 
and other users may become interested in your problem. Or not.
But you could not demand fast response or support. You send in average 
3-4 email each day. You hold a record with 11 emails for one day. Most 
people probably do not even have time to read such huge amount of emails 
of yours.

If you really need support you should buy it from somebody. E.g. you can 
buy RHN Satellite.
