Sorry, i solved.
I edited into file /etc/dnf/plugins/spacewalk.conf

 [main]
 enabled = 1
 gpgcheck = 1
 timeout = 120

before was

 [main]
 enabled = 0
 gpgcheck = 1
 timeout = 120
